The 2010 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is Officially On!
At 2 pm Alaska time (6 pm Eastern Time), Willow Musher Linwood Fiedler's team was the first team to leave the chute in Willow Alaska. It was the beginning of the 38th edition of "The Last Great Race on Earth." Fiedler's team headed out toward the Big Susitna River and on to Yentna and Skwentna Checkpoints already!
